I am a dad, an engineer and more importantly I love cooking with family and friends. My mom taught me how to cook when I was 10 because my parents had to work to make end meet and I had to cook for me and my siblings as an oldest brother. I love South East Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese cuisine because they provide healthy and delicious meal. I will share my creative recipes as well as my mom to all of you.

My daughter brought home dinner last night from this place. world. It was the best soup I've ever had. She also got the dumplings both fried and steamed, again that's dumplings I've ever had. This will definitely be my favorite place to eat, can't wait to try other things on the menu. If my daughter had brought it home I probably never would've tried Vietnamese food and missed out. You have to try their food it is incredible!
Finally! A solid pho place in lil ole Manchester, New Hampshire! I'll go as far to say Buba has the best pho in all of NH...but there wasn't much competition to begin with. I moved up here about a year ago and have literally been disappointed with every pho place I've tried so I'm verrrry happy Buba decided to open up its doors on the corner of Lowell and Elm. The service could use some work but they're still relatively new and the food is good so I'm happy. Their menu is pretty small so I'm hoping they will expand on it sometime in the near future.
Food's awesome, very flavorful & the Pho is da bomb!! Definitely try their Buba Noodle dish ... absolutely delicious! Bao pork buns & Fresh shrimp rolls are exceptionally tasty too. Eaten here like 4x in the last 3 weeks! Keisha (owner's wife) is really friendly & can help those unfamiliar w/Vietnamese cuisine choose menu items to try.
